We've reserved every cabin at the Belleayre Lodge for the scheduled dates. Cabins will be assigned by group size and arrival dates.
Initial cabin assignments were shared in the brochure we mailed. Cabins are subject to change / be rearranged as RSVPs are modified. Please let us know if you need to modify your RSVP!
Anyone traveling with a service dog or pet please let me know so we can be sure to arrange the pet friendly rooms accurately!
Each cabin is equipped with at minimum a mini fridge and automatic coffee maker (plus a record player, heated bathroom floors, cozy beds!). Most will have a kitchenette or full kitchen in addition to the equipment available in the Lodge and grills on the grounds. Check out the EVENTS tab for our planned events for the weekend.

Directions from the South
Take 87 NYS Thruway North to exit 19 Kingston/Saugerties. Take first right, Route 28 toward Pine Hill. Go 40 miles and hamlet of Pine Hill will be on the left, Go straight on Main Street and make a left into the parking lot in the middle of town(you will see a Belleayre Lodge sign) and at the back of the parking lot make a left up the driveway.
Directions from the North
Take 87 NYS Thruway South to NY 212 in Saugerties, Continue on NY 212 W for 24 miles to Mount Tremper. Turn right on route 28 for 14 miles turn right onto Main Street. Make a left into the parking lot in the middle of town(you will see a Belleayre Lodge sign) and at the back of the parking lot make a left up the driveway.
